During the opening and closing of the ceramic disc, the friction difference between the ceramic seat sealing surface and the ceramic disc in the cutting direction causes the disc to rotate in a hoist cycle. Thus, the ceramic sealing surface has a self-polishing and polishing cleaning effect, and cuts off the solid medium through the valve, in order to protect the sealing surface and extend the service life of the valve.
Each time the valve is opened, there is enough space in the valve chamber to push the disc away from the medium without clogging the valve. In addition, every time the valve is opened to discharge the material, the eddy current of the material will clean the valve chamber due to the eccentric flow path of the valve body.
